Services

StatementReady is software that runs in your browser and converts PDF bank statements into spreadsheet and accounting file formats, checking them against the balances printed on the statements.

Free plan. Up to 3 statements a day, one at a time, free of charge and provided "as is".

Pro subscription. Removes the daily limit and adds converting many statements at once, with a check that they follow on from each other. Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Pro page, or through the link in your Paddle receipt email.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to use any statements you convert. You are responsible for reviewing converted data before relying on it, including before importing it into accounting software or using it for tax filings.

Accuracy

We check converted transactions against the balances printed on each statement and report any differences we find. We do not guarantee that converted data is free of errors, and we are not providing accounting, tax or financial advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell Pro subscribers about material changes by email before they take effect.
